Privacy Policy

Account and channel data. When you connect your Kick channel we receive your Kick user ID, channel name, slug and the OAuth scopes you approve. Moderators join via invite links and are identified by their Kick account.

Chat and engagement data. To power energy scoring, polls, abilities, recaps and moderation tools we process chat messages, redemptions, subscriptions and gift events from your channel's chat, including sender display names and message content.

Billing data. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only your plan, invoices and billing status.

Usage data. We log product events (ability triggers, moderation actions, sign-ins) to operate the audit trail, secure the service and improve reliability.

We use the information above to:

• Provide the mod deck, dashboard, overlays, polls, abilities and recaps;
• Compute chat energy, sentiment and audience intelligence for your channel;
• Enforce moderation actions and maintain your channel's audit log;
• Process subscriptions and send service-related notices;
• Detect abuse, secure accounts and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your chat data to advertise.

Crowdora uses AI models to score chat sentiment, suggest abilities and write post-stream recaps. Chat content from your channel may be sent to our AI providers solely to generate these results for you. AI output is advisory; moderators remain responsible for actions they take.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:

• Kick — to read chat and post moderation actions you initiate;
• Stripe — for payment processing;
• Hosting, database and AI infrastructure providers under data-processing terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Chat messages are retained for the window needed to compute recaps and intelligence and are then purged on a rolling basis. Audit logs, ability history and channel configuration are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your channel and associated data at any time by emailing us.

We use encrypted transport, row-level access controls on every channel's data, short-lived signed sessions for moderators, and scoped OAuth tokens. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us — we respond within 30 days.

Crowdora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard.
