Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Empact Apps LLC ("Crowdora", "we", "us") governing your use of the Crowdora platform. By connecting a channel or using the dashboard, mod deck, viewer panel or overlays, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Crowdora provides live-stream engagement and moderation tooling for Kick channels: chat energy scoring, audience intelligence, AI recaps, interactive abilities and polls, a moderator command deck, channel point reward management and OBS overlays. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change or remove features with notice for material changes.

2. Accounts and channel ownership

The person who connects a Kick channel is treated as that channel's owner ("Streamer"). You must be authorized to connect the channel and grant the OAuth scopes we request. You are responsible for everything that happens under your channel, including actions taken by moderators you invite.

Moderators access the mod deck through invite links you issue. You control their permissions and can revoke access at any time from the dashboard.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Plan limits (channels, seats, ability tiers, recap volume) are described on the pricing page. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Crowdora to harass, spam, defraud or harm viewers or other channels;
  • Abuse moderation tools to silence lawful speech in bad faith or evade Kick's own rules;
  • Attempt to access another channel's data or disrupt the service;
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the service as your own;
  • Use the platform in violation of Kick's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with notice where practicable.

5. Moderation responsibility

Crowdora provides tools; you and your moderators make the decisions. AI suggestions, sentiment scores and energy metrics are advisory signals, not directives. You are solely responsible for timeouts, bans, message deletions and other actions taken in your channel, and for complying with Kick's rules and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Crowdora and its software, design and branding are owned by Empact Apps LLC. You retain all rights to your channel content and chat data. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — see our Service Level Agreement for uptime commitments on paid plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empact Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Crowdora and disconnect your channel at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your channel data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
